Weird.... it looks like a new image has been posted on the EE website:

There appears to be some differences in Gene and Peter's faces and Ace's head seems to fit lower on his neck...
Are these things really on the way? Strange things are afoot at the circle K!

Just got an Entertainment Earth notification that my preorder for this set is set for a January 2016 ship date... no news, just the same notification. I hope they're not pushed back again ;\

Bif Bang Pow responded to my tweet asking about the articulation with the following....

"The mainline KISS figures will have 11 points of articulation"

So they will indeed be a little different than the ones that come with the stage playset. That's great to hear!
