    And no one took pics?

Unfortunately, they were shown on a screen so pics weren't available to be taken. There are often things shown that can't be presented in open media because it would be a violation of contract. Like the Rogers head. It hasn't been approved yet but is expected to be. The same thing happened the year the unmade Mattel figure sculpts were shown. They couldn't be revealed openly because the contract hadn't been officially cancelled. There are usually a number of things bouncing around at the Meet that are still unknown in the outside world. I'll just say that at one point the couch and chairs, around the coffee table in the Suite, contained all the people necessary to prototype, produce, and bring to market an 8" retro mego figure. On top of that, several of the top customs makers this forum has to offer, were in the room. Anytime a group like that are in the same general area the conversations are gonna get interesting.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.

Yeah this line really needs some new reveals, FTC is taking their lunch money and making them like it.

I'm looking forward to seeing the retro Marvel figs, but the $70-80 price tag is scaring me, especially with only one body being included in each set. I really hope that EMCE elaborates on the original Mego line by creating some of the figures that were never made. I would love to add some more villains to my collection, such as Loki, Red Skull, and Mandarin. Maybe they could add villain outfits as part of the hero sets.

How is FTC taking our lunch money? Or did you mean they were taking your toy money?

I think we'll have some new stuff at SDCC.

Wolverine is in our line plan, along with other non-originals, plus some new suits for the characters in original line.

                      Thanks, DSTZach!

Looking forward to SDCC this week, hope to see DST/EMCE Captain America, Wolverine, maybe Thor if that's release order? Maybe surprises! Still hoping for a NEW FEMALE like Jean Gey or Spider-Woman! And ENTIRE Fantastic 4!

I have grave doubts EMCE will be able to produce an economically feasible FF set under its current license terms. One character, $80? I just don't see how the FF gets done. The Thing might have the best shot at being popular enough to merit the price, I guess...maybe an "original Thing" with the more monstrous, lumpen look he had for the first few issues of the FF, then a remake of the classic Mego, and maybe a Ben Grimm alter ego? Not sure if I would pick up that set, though.
