Doc's blue bodysuit color

I wasn't sure where to post this, if it belongs in another section the mods can move it.
What shade/color are Doc's blue bodysuits? Are they FF blue? And what about the Cobalt ones? Are the female and the male the same shade? Does anyone have a good picture of a figure in them?

Here, all I could do was add the large pics:
New Cobalt blue suit that he sent me on the left. Dr. Fate is wearing the old cobalt blue. Just tell Doc you want the old one.
The last pic shows the regular light blue.
