Canceled Who figure on Amazon??

Saw this listing the other day ( actually was offering as "in stock" ) now saying available on Dec 26th. and it a Japan import.
What's up???

My concern is that the molds and/or prototype designs were sold by the Chinese manufacture when BBP canceled the figures ala Cast-A-Ways.

It is a Pre-Order. No packaged pix out there. It is not just ONE Japanese listing.
That is just one of a few different impressive BBP 2 packs that were preordering in Japan (most are listed for 2014 release).
For this set, the Japanese listings say Sept release, others say Oct release, others Dec release.
In Japan, apparently Pre-orders go on SALE as it nears the release date, so it can be confusing. Looking on Amazon.jp,
maybe a dealer bought a couple preorders on sale for 9,101 yen ($89) on amazon.jp and thought he could flip them on US amazon's site
not knowing it had been cancelled. It appears to be just a cancelled preorder.

MegoStore actually has 4 sets in stock if you really want to preorder a set.
