Nice to see other lines come out. I'll have to see the whole package before I make up my mind.
Now if you could include a figure that looks like Shawn of the Dead I'd buy that.

Again, are these exclusive to Dread Central, or will they be offered through other retailers as well. Hulk's store, cornerstorecomics, etc....

I can't wait for these! I have been thinking of making NOTLD custom figures for a long time, now I won't have to!

But seriously, reconsider the Blaxploitation line!! ;P I know it's a goof, but I really want a Black Belt Jones, as well as Shaft, Superfly, Petey Wheatstraw, and Cofey!!
Expectation is the death of discovery.

Best of luck with these. Gotta say I have zero interest in these though. With all the classic action, adventure and sci fi I don't get going with horror but to each his own.

I really never understood the fascination with horror action figures. The classic monsters I can understand but they have been done to death and have been done extremely well.

I have to say I am pretty bummed that this is the first new line from EMCE to be announced. All that being said I sincerely hope it is well rec'd and does well for all involved as well as for us. I would hate for any thing to jeapordize any future new lines.

Doc - Is there a chance these will be shown at the upcoming Pittsburgh Comicon? They have a big annual NOTLD/DOTD reunion there every year.

                  Pittsburgh show

I don't know if we are doing the Pittsburgh show, but we are doing
a lot of horror convention this year since FearWerx - the horror
division of Spherewerx - is selling apparel and toys at these shows.

I plan to be in Baltimore the end of this month for a NOTLD
                  reunion show.

If you need to contact someone at the Pittsburgh Comicon to maybe send a sample or two or some adverts, let me know. There's a shop at the Monroeville Mall called "Toy Galaxy" that's pretty hip to new products, so they might even be ready to carry the product. (They carry the Trek repros already.)
