I didnt order this because I have dealt with Mike before....In fact I set up at fx o7 when the first run of toys came out. I talked to employees that did not get their figs. They had hopes of getting them....maybe they did. I kind of think this is shady all around because this was a show exclusive,and it seems a little wrong that he is redoing them. That is kind of a poor thing to do.

I emailed Doc several days ago about purchasing just the figure directly from him like mentioned above, and he hasn't replied either. I also emailed Mike Herz one last time and told him that if I didn't have a shipping confirmation by the end of the week, I was going to file a claim. Obviously, he doesn't give a crap because he didn't reply to that either. This is such a fiasco.

Yep, very reasonable and just plain common sense. I just hope for myself and everyone else that ordered these figures that we don't get burned. This is clearly not the proper and polite way to do business. How hard is it to reply to an email. Hey Laser Mego no need to say your sorry for starting this thread, I thank you very much for doing so. I would have never known that this figure was going to be available again. It's no fault of yours man, and I have ordered stuff from your store and have always been pleased with your work. Well it's nice to get on here and vent with all the other folks, good luck to all.

i just filed it. no communication is never a good way to run a business. as far as i'm concerned, he can keep his figure.

Same here, I also ordered one back in October because of the way cheaper price than the ebay auctions. I know Doc is a trustworthy guy, but I sure can't say the same for Mike Herz. Just not the proper way to do business, not at all. Doc's held up his end just fine, we know he's got the figures and the clamshells ready to roll. Herz just can't seem to make good on his end. I also emailed him weeks ago and not one reply. If Herz can't get the cards done I wonder if Doc would just ship the figures loose? I be happy with just the figure and no package if need be. I hope this matter is soon resolved.

Not wanting to pay the sky high prices on Ebay, I jumped on this back in Oct. Sadly my Paypal window has closed.

Hope I don't end up getting burned.
