What kind of speed are these boats doing, that of a tugboat?

I'm anxious to see the new stuff, darn it!

Wow! It's been two months since I last took a peek at this thread!

Are the new bodies part of the new license for the 'Outlander' series?

Not Outlander - but they will be coming soon. 2014 was a tough year for production. I had to tie up a lot of money because of product delays,
so I could not spend money on new tooling. Oh and that Captain Canuck guy messed up my year too!!

Okay, that's understandable. Like I have said numerous times; it's too bad that we can't have stuff manufactured right here in the U.S.A. That way, we wouldn't have to depend upon factories overseas that take forever and a day to get to, even with airplanes. Here in the U.S. the most time you'd have to spend is two to five hours in the continental U.S. Places like Hawaii and Alaska would take more time.

Same here, especially the female bodies! Getting hard and expensive looking for Mattel female bodies to use.
"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

Not to mention that even the vintage bodies are getting to be ridiculously expensive.

I'd rather not get into a bidding war for a figure that I can easily get for less than ten dollars, not to mention the CONDITION of some of these figures! Some of these haven't just been played with, they've been played with to death, dismemberment and decapitation!

                    Still nothing?

I'd rather switch out to one of these than keep an FTC body.

I am beginning to lose hope, myself.

It really doesn't matter to me, because I think Doc's "buff Body" with swivel arm bicep are the BEST! They have more range of movement than any other Mego repro body.

Wow, you have been waiting a while now then ...

I 100% agree that the Doc Mego buff body is fantastic, and the EMCE bodies coming with Sea Ghost are very solid feeling and appear quite robust (except the stretching of the plastic at the top of the arms similar to the FTC bodies, see Sea Ghost arm photo attached).

But I am also quite fond of the Type-S band-less bodies. I feel like you are doing yourself a disservice by not trying all the options out there. My customs and re-bodied figures have a pleasant mix of all the great bodies available.
