While I'm really excited about the extension of the BSG line, I can't really see any resemblance to John Colicos on the Baltar head. Some years back Captain Dunsel did a Klingon Kor head, who was portrayed by John Colicos. Great likeness! I modified it and used it for my custom Baltar.
As for Boomer, hard to see the sculpt under the pilot helmet.

But keep the classic BSG figures coming.

Anybody else getting a Red Ghost (Fantastic Four villain) vibe from the Anti-Man?

That sound you hear is my wallet and checking account getting drained, but in a good way. Now all we need are 8" figure lines of Hawaii Five-0, Miami Vice, Buck Rogers In the 25th Century, M*A*S*H, Dragnet, Adam-12, and the A-Team.

I showed my wife all of the Galactica figures and she gave me the "I am going to humor you now look" cause she knows that there will be no stopping me from collecting them all.
            It's all good!

I'm predicting he'll come with a John Saxon head and a robot head, but I'm hoping it'll be one head with removable face. Either way, I'll be first in line to buy it.

Quick question for BBP: I was looking at pics of BBP's stuff at Toy Fair, and was reminded that you had made a bobble head of Abby from NCIS. What are the chances of getting an Abby 8" retro figure?

I mean, you're giving us a Dexter figure in 2013, he could stab an Action Jackson in a Navy Sailor uniform in someone's collection! Who's gonna investigate the crime? Huh?

We'll also need a Gibbs figure with real Head-Slapping action. And a Ducky figure because, hey, David McCallum. But we NEED an Abby figure - my wife would be over the moon to have one!
"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

Finally got around to opening my BSG figs. I thought the Cylon was the dud of the group, articulation is horrible, hands are worthless, no chrome helmet or Red Eye. One leg is way longer than the other and had a big junk of dried glue on boot. The humans on the other hand I thought were great. Although Cylon dissapointed, Im still excited for Series 2 more than ever now.

Love your SMDM stuff, just bump the head size down a bit on future figures.

Funny you should say that about the Cylon. That's the only one I have, and I think my disappointment with it is keeping me from going further with the line. Would you say the others are worthwhile? Good construction/articulation and such? I understand that in order for the Cylon to have his armor, compromises had to be made, but still there are some irritating bits, especially the hard plastic hands that don't grip the weapons. I feel like I'm going to break the fingers forcing the rifle in, and the wrists are loose and just... Unsatisfying. Looks beautiful, though.
