Much appreciated guys, although no upfront money should be required. Mostly it us up to at least one of the exclusive dealers to allow a direct or semi-direct sale to us pre-retail. If they allow it, I can handle the upfront money. I'm used to fronting a couple three thousand bucks, its when the number hits 5 figures that I fold like a cheap card table.

As far as getting to 3000 figures, that is about 5 to 10 times more than I could probably handle directly. Find me 9 others that wouldn't be competing for the same limited market and I'd be all about an exclusive. Until then, I'll leave it to the full time toy dealers.

On a semi-related note, I was wondering why an "alliance" couldn't have been formed to get Paul to that 3,000 number to make him a distributor as he mentioned in another thread.
