I think Universal Studios would actually own the rights to anything related to the show, not Kenneth Johnson.

The character of Oscar Goldman was in the original Martin Caidin "Cyborg" novel, anyway (the character of Oliver Spencer was made purely for the pilot movie). Also, Kenneth Johnson didn't become producer on the $6M Man series until the show's 1975-76.

Considering Kenneth Johnson owns Bionic Bigfoot and Oscar (I think) ... I think we'll be seeing a Jaime Sommers (because he ownes her too).

How is the Bigfoot body done? With padding or is it solid. I'm assuming you opened them right.
