Does BifBangPow/EMCE have nick-and-dent/loose sales ?

Not sure if they still do but I kinda remember when CTVT's used to sell loose figures at a reduced price.

Another company (I think the ones that made 12" Lost in Space) had imperfect box sales.

Just wondering if BifBangPow/EMCE ever does this ?
