Hahahahaha! Good eye...that's awesome! Has anyone been customizing their BBP Ventures? Any custom suits? I'd love to see what everyone's been up to with their collections while we wait for Molotov, Billy, Killinger & Sphinxy Brock. I still need to take a second stab at BaF Helper (this time with photo paper!), though I would absolutely rather buy an actual 8" Helper.

What are you waiting for? Series 1-6 are all in stock and available now at EE... http://www.entertainmentearth.com/hi...eshop=&x=0&y=0 - I just ordered my second set of wave 4, 5 & 6 to crack open!

The 4" figures are also available for pre-order (SDCC Bloody Brock shipping this month, basic Brock shipping next month).Comment

While I can't say for 100% I'd be cautious on the photo paper. The reason being that the image tends to 'crack' when creased. And considering how much of ***** HELPER is to put together in the fist place this may lead to unwanted frustration. I too am going to try and crank another one out but this time using card stock.

The cracking/creasing was the biggest problem the first go round when I used the original backing card cardstock (that and the thickness and inflexibility of all the tabs). Others suggested using photo or a nice glossy paper later for more flexibility which seemed to make sense, so I downloaded digital files of BaF Helper to print out, I just haven't had the patience for it again just yet. Perhaps this week when my newest Ventures arrive...but please lmk if you find a great solution that successfully works! While I can't say for 100% I'd be cautious on the photo paper. I had what i would say is a successful outcome with just using plain paper. thing fancy but as I said a card stock or a slightly heavier paper may have worked better. I too was thinking about the glossy aspect but IMO the 'flat' look blends in good enough for me.The cracking/creasing was the biggest problem the first go round when I used the original backing card cardstock (that and the thickness and inflexibility of all the tabs). Wow Jim, that looks great! Definitely the best looking BaF Helper I've seen yet! Granted it's the third, one being my own failure, but still...you sir have inspired me. May I ask, did you use an adhesive at all?Comment

Oh yeah... I used a thin layer of Elmers glue on each slotted piece. To just do the "put in the slot" method you will mind yourself crying uncontrollably. Trust me on that. Comment

Copy that, I remember the unreasonably challenging part well! I'll give Helper another shot in a few days.

I wonder if there's still time to change retro action Sgt. Hatred's red facial "H" to a blue "V" since he's coming in his Venture Industries outfit? I'd much rather have this version and see the red "H" in the old green arching suit later. What say you Venture fans? BBP??Comment
