Ghostbusters jumpsuit question

Sorry if this has already been covered- How do you get that Ghostbuster decal off of the sleeve, without damaging the suit?

I think I boiled mine and then scraped it off with my fingernail. Whatever residue I hit with a toothbrush and soapy water. It's been a few months, the memory fades.
