I think a recent Matty Q&A put the final nail into whatever hopes we had left for that avenue. The inner optimists keep hoping that Diamond and/or DC direct pick up the ball down the line.

I'm sure whatever numbers Mattel considers small hat would be a boon to a collector's market and smaller company.

Customizing a bionic arm and set of legs has always been my expectation here.

We believe we have a very good Lee Majors head sculpt, and our outfits will be based on the most popular styles, and we'll have a few surprises. Re-Megos that we are making have clothing and accessories. Wave 1 will be Steve Austin and Bigfoot.

This is the first Re-Mego that I am hugely excited about, since hearing about Mattel RA in 2009.

From the start, I assumed at some point we'd see a "Battle Damaged" Steve with a torn sleeve and exposed bionics, but who knows? If it looks like Majors, I'm definitely down for a few of these guys, regardless.

I would be surprised to see a red track suit, either.

It's the Arnold figure with the skin off on the left arm. It might be too small. I saw one today but didn't buy it. The exoskeleton figure (linked by Enik24) might be a better way to go.
