I like the sculpts on the last page. The only thing they need is copious amounts of gel and a good comb out.

That Retro Vina is a hot tamale! Me likey alot! That Chapel is a tad off! Her nose/whatever just makes her unattractive!

I hate reading that Vina and Chapel are in limbo---the retro figures i wanted the most! But I do admit that Vina prototype's hair is a mess (Chapel's looks fine).

Is the line out of production? I was hoping to pick up a Romulan, but not at the prices they're going for on Amazon and eBay...

The Romulan was released in January 2008 - I bought 500 of them
                  and am sold out.

Wow! That's fantastic! Glad I got mine when he first came out. Sounds like that retro line is completely valid as far as consumer demand.

don't guess there's any chance of the OOP figures going back into production?

I certainly wish they would the prices on Sulu and Chekov are kinda high, and those are the ones I want.

Sometimes the prices come down close to the holidays. Keep checking Amazon. GoHastings has been known to reduce their stock from time to time.

Best bet for those two would be to buy the sets. You can usually find them for around $40. Unless you don't want the Cheron or the Gorn.

                                Paul,

Has any thought been given to re-purposing the Chapel sculpt as Pikes first officer; Number One from The Menagerie, (also played by Majel Barrett)? Could you steer the retro-Trek line into doing some members of Pikes crew?
