That and he's the FUGLIEST character in DC! LOL!

I'd rather see a new version of the Joker, or the Penguin.

Ya know... Joker and Penguin were two of the best done Mego Figures... Personally, I'd rather see characters that were never done. Bane or Scarecrow would be awesome

Meh, what's so scary about a Scarecrow figure? A guy with a burlap sack over his face.

        How about Black Mask?

            Catwoman!

I would definitely buy Catwoman, especially in a costume from around '72-'73 when Mego made their version.
            Bane...
only if he had a real muscle body (no padding).

Scarecrow would get the set closer to completing the Legion of Doom.

I'd buy them, but I'd want a classic Catwoman suit, not the movie suit

OK, I'd draw the line at BatMite unless he came with BatHound.
I think batmite (and Mxy) would be alsome on a childs body with large heads.

Instead of movie style figures i like the suggestion of early detective comics figures. That would be interesting. Of course, a movie figure would sell much better i suppose.

I still want a Ra Brainiac, but any RA's is fine with me.

I would love to see how they would do Bane, weather in the padded body or a big buff one like doc's new one.Either way yes I would buy them.

I don't get why everybody is against a Bane figure. If they didn't cheap out like they did with Darkseid, Bane could be one of the best megos made. Just as long as they use the Brock body for him, unlike that cheap padding for Darkseid (I actually thought they had made a new body for the line. Silly me). I even have a custom I'm currently in the middle of planning. All I need is the right accessories and then I'll get to work!

There are several Catwomen I would like to see made in the Retro-Action line (the one that mego made was bad. They couldn't have picked a better outfit?): The Purple-dress one with the side-split up her thigh; the all black leather look with the claws at the end of the gloves (the Batman Returns version), and there was this one, where she was wearing a purple-ish body suit, with thigh-high black leather boots, and black leather gloves, with a purple mask (and black highlight in the middle) with Michelle Pfeiffer hair sticking out the back. I can't find the picture of it now, but it looked bad-***.

Bane does not fit into the time period that the Retro-Action line originally represented before Mattel screwed it up with the GL wave. Besides I think most people like myself just find Bane not that interesting of a character. No offense to Bane fans, just my opinion. There are a lot more interesting characters in the Bat universe that Mattel could make like Joker, Catwoman ( purple dress ), Riddler and Batgirl.

I sort of agree. Bane wouldn't be my first choice at all, and I think Catwoman could do with a good re-interpretation, but Joker, Penguin were some of the best likenesses that Mego did back in the day, I'd be happier to see the characters that were never done.

Hal, Guy, Captain Cold and Flash are my most-loved new EMCE's, mostly because I never had 'em way back when.

But Bane ties into The Dark Knight Rises, which is honestly our best bet at getting more DC Retros. I'd actually like to have a Bane, although I'd much rather have Joker, Penguin, Riddler, Scarecrow, Mad Hatter, Mr. Freeze, Ra's Al Ghul and of course ROBIN before him. But if they have to offer him to tie into the movie, I'm good.

Oh don't get me worng.. I'd snatch a Bane with greedy delight, but he wouldn't be high on my "Most Watned" list.

Mr. Freeze or R'as Al Ghul, they would be very high on the list. OR Black Mask, I'm loving the idea of a Black Mask or Poison Ivy

Yea, I agree that most likely movie tie-in will be the best bet for retro figures.
I didnt like the Lanterns to much and passed on those.
