EMCE 8" Kiss?

That hasn't happened for the same reason the KISS megos won't happen. Gene is a greedy, fame and money monger who thinks his likeness is worth WAY more than it is, especially these days... Todd Mc is and has been to date, the only juggernaut that can afford the huge licensing fees. Last time I saw a friend, who is a higher up in his company, he told me that Todd makes almost no money on those figs. He did it predominantly for an ego thing... Just to do it, so to speak.

We gave them a proposal a while back. Let's just say that Kiss would have cost more than all of our current licenses combined.

The idea that BBP! gives the info and clears up any misgivings or speculation is awesome. Now we know exactly where we stand.

If you want KISS figures in 1:9 scale we'll have to make them or track down "Boss".

Yeah, you're right guys, that'll cost higher... because of Gene Simmons that I've heard on the Comcast cable Gene's family Jewish TV series. He have a KISS store with his employee, Gene told him he wants more money to selling KISS toys to all toys stores, not many customers to buying a very expensive KISS items. I don't think EMCE will make 8" KISS figures because of Gene but we'll see in the future.

8" scale KISS dolls would be nice....Too bad Simmons would take a HUGE chunk and each would cost around $400.00!!

Gene Simmons is NOTORIOUS for asking big bucks to license all things KISS, and people give it to him. Great for him, not so great for folks like us

I personally think that Gene Simmon's is the big hold up. He is expecting a ridiculous wad of cash for the licensing.

Whatever happened to "we do it for our fans" motto? Maybe someone here should make a custom and call it "Greed Simmons".

I personally think that these figures would sell and do well in even 8" Megoish format. Anything with KISS on it sells pretty well. There are TONS of KISS fans in this world and I happen to be one of them to some degree.

I am convinced you guys would have nailed them, creating a a happier fan base. Maybe one day......
