Just got mine yesterday so I took him out to check for you.

Type 2 red hands on a flesh body. No swivel biceps. Black pants / thigts with black pirates boots. The red "cloak" looks like he was sewn into it as I had to remove his head to get it off to check on what was under it.

That must mean Ming's "bore worm" is sold seperataly, what a gyp!

More specifically, he wears Flash's boots and pants. Same thing.

Also worth noting, perhaps, is that the 'robes' are actually a single stitched-together garment. An impressive piece of tailoring, but if your figure's outfit has misaligned elements like one of mine did, there's not much leeway for repositioning it.
