Saw the Burgess Merideth wave and the Phantom Limb VB wave there and wowsers. 24.99 a pop now. If that is the going price for them, I'm done with them. Looks like the retro lines are trying to price themselves out of business. The EMCE monsters were 19.99 and clogging up the pegs.

The real problem is that the price of things these days is not in line with most peoples' disposable income right now.
You can produce something and charge the moon for it, but if no one can afford to pay your asking price, your product will fail.
I know the quality wasn't there and production costs were cheaper, but I don't remember toys in the past gouging my wallet like they seem to today.Comment

The TRU in Times Square is actually charging 28.99 for the Twilight Zone figures. That's about 30 bucks with tax. Totally ridiculousComment
