How you open the blistercards

Hi,

can anybody give me an advice to open the blisters from the Retro Action Heroes with less damaging of the card?

I opened just the Superman because he looks terrible in his card. He needs a reposing and than i put him back.
I jused a sharp knife with a thin blade and i cut plane between the blister and the card.
Have anybody a better advice.

you can use a small metal knitting needle to put through the holes at the bottom of the blister to move it into a better pose,without damaging the package,works well for me,when i take a figure out i use the needle and run it under the blister edges all around it ,to save the card art ,works well

Thank you very much for your answer. I think we use nearly the same technik except i use a knife. But next time i try the needle.
The reason for my question is that i saw some reviews of the Retro Action Heroes on youtube. They do open the card and the card looks intact. I think to myself if there is a "special" technik i dont know.

You can also slit (cut) the bottom of the bubble and "slide off" the figure from the bubble. You can use an X-Acto knife to make three (3) clean slits (cuts) at the bottom of the bubble. One cut would be where it mates with the card and the other two sides would be at the sides. Then just slide the figure off the card. You can slide it back in again and then just use clear scotch tape to prevent the bubble bottom to open. Hope that helps...

Nonetheless, in order to improve the figure pose you don't have to remove the figure from its packaging. Just use the holes at the bottom of the bubble to your advantage. You'll figure it out...

I've repositioned Megos on the card without cutting anything. Going through a small hole at the bottom of the bubble, I've used a knitting needle (or something similar) to nudge the figure into the right position. It's a bit like exploratory surgery....

Hallo,

thanx for the advises. On my Superman i used the same technik via the holes of the bubble and a knitting needle. But my superman stands so bad in his card that i have to open the card. The body was complete twisted and the suit hangs down and i thought he was dressed in my old grandpas bathing trunks. The red part of the suit hangs down to the knees.
Same problem with my Aquaman. He looks like he has his butt in front. I must open the card even. Maby he is mount wrong with the head to his back and the suit in correct form.

The idea with the 3 cuts is good.

I do the 3 cuts method but I cut the top instead of the bottom that way if you put him back in you would not have to tape it to keep him in if you are displaying it
