Dr Who female

I think the Dr Who figures are incredible, however; I am not sure I can get past the plastic hair in the female character. I want to collect this series but I am don't think I can go for the plastic hair. I am the kind of collector who wants the whole set.

I personally don't like the plastic hair for females idea unless it's a short off the shoulder hair style like Sarah Jane had back then.

what do you mean by squishy? All the rotocast heads are squishy.

Some are firmer than others.

I'm talking about squishy like Silly Putty; THAT kind of squishy.

The Commander X head is a LOT firmer, and harder to squish.

The sculpted hair on Leela kills my interest in the figure. Looks so cheap and out of place with the other figures in this highly detailed beautiful line of figures. I hate the sculpted hair on the Dark Shadows ladies as well though other than that the line is incredibly beautiful and perfectly done in my opinion. Sure hope they don't make the same mistake with the SMDM and Galactica ladies. Mego never did the sculpted hair so I really don''t know where this is coming from.

maybe sculpted hair is cheaper than rooted? Seems to be a BBP thing across all the lines they produce.
