No matter how they do a suit for the Creature I think it would look cheap and inferior to the rest of the line that is very high quality and detailed so far. I really hope they get it as close to the AHI Creature as possible.

I was at the con also and saw the Doc and also Mark Huckabone and the Presidental monsters, those r really nice also and yes Mego is very much alive although I had a scary conversation about rubberbands, Im sure the Creech if they do him will kick *** like all the rest of the stuff, now only if POTA could come back

I was hoping that Diamond Select would be able to announce the next
set of Universal Monsters at NY Comiccon, but they want to wait until
Toy Fair in February - which is normally where you debut product.

Any official word if Frankenstein and Wolfman are being re-released on the new style cards (with or without modified paint apps for Frank)?

certainly not a perfect solution,and we might very well have actual,Mego-esque versions of them coming....but i discovered,quite by accident this past weekend when i was at TRU,that the DST all-plastic figures of the Universal Monsters are almost perfectly in-scale with the Mego versions ,so if you're impatient like me,and can look past the fact there's no soft-goods on them,the Creature from the Black Lagoon and Bride of Frank fit in quite well with the EMCE versions....
