Kyle almost gone

Over on Matty it says " almost gone " on Kyle's page. I guess this means he sold well if he's almost gone in just 3 weeks. According to Toyguru sales of this figure would determine if there would be more Retro Action figures. Now I'm anxious to see if Matty will deliver.

Don't hold your breath. From the past sales, they judge by how many minutes they sell out. If it's weeks? They look at it as a failure mostly.

I'm hoping they will be smart enough to realize that if a lame character like Kyle can sell so many in so short a time that other great characters like Joker, Catwoman, Batgirl, Supergirl and Hawkman would sell much better and justify continuing the line.

Sounds like it's not a sell out at all. Sounds like it's their usual, "let's take it down before the next sale" deal they do each and every month and have done with all the Retro-Action figures to date.

I still think great sales of the RGB 2 pack would have a greater chance of making Mattel offer more RA at TRU's demand. Of course, at the $50 price tag, that ain't going to happen either.

Well, I say if Matty doesn't want my money and decide to not give us a Joker, Catwoman, Batgirl, Supergirl, Hawkman ... then I'll have more money to give BBP and EMCE for the just announced awesome SMDM and Galactica lines.

That relly stinks. I've received two orders in rural Indiana. You are just a couple hours away and haven't received your order that is 3 weeks old? Did Kentucky suddenly put up trade barriers?

Just ordered a batch more! I'm hoping to get the molded ring hand this time! I think they are being taken down for the next sale...but still hold out hope for more heroes! It seems Mattel is having a lot of issues with all of their brands like Ghostbusters. I think the subscription service is tough to commit to in hard economic times!
