I was actually skeptical about them being out next week, so I e-mailed the seller Amok Time and they verified that they'll be out next week! Here's the exchange:
Dear amoktimetoys,
When you state that these will arrive 9/6 and ship on 9/7, does that mean YOU will ship the item to ME on 9/7, or does this mean that they will arrive in the states on 9/6 and will ship from the distributor to YOU on 9/7? Entertainment Earth shows these not arriving to them till October.....? Thanks-
