Two of my figures have problems but matty has not taken care of my problem,they have sent me a couple of emails but not offered any type of replacement or refund.I sent them a final email stating if the problem is not resolved by the 13th I will contact me C.C. company and dispute the charges,lets see if this speeds them up any.

 I had a defect with one of the Kyle's....called Matty....it took a lot of back and forth but they sent me a replacement yesterday free of charge,and told me to keep the damaged one...this is the second time Matty replaced a figure for me...I don't know why they give others problems some times "Thats the ticket laddie" "Thats the ticket laddie" Comment
