They only ship in padded envelopes. I ordered some Trek figures before and they arrived squashed.

I got my Kahn and Cheron from them and had no problems.

They charge about $5.00 - $7.00 for shipping and many of the figures
come with cracks in the clamshell. I bought some Kirks from them

So Doc, I gotta ask, what is it like to purchase figures from a retailer that you yourself created? I would bet it's a pretty cool feeling, except of course for having to pay for your own work.

I've had good experiences with Hastings in the two orders that I've placed with them over the past six months.

Off topic a bit, but gohastings.com is good for video games. A few weeks ago they briefly had 40% off of all used games, which made for some great values.

I have been buying EMCE from Hastings off and on for a while now. I have received them all in padded envelopes each time. The condition has been anywhere from mint to as Doc described above cracked bubbles. Also some with big price stickers on them as well. So condition wise it is basically a hit and a miss.

If you are looking for a mint carded figure then you may want to purchase else where. As always you usually get what you pay for.
