Forgive me if this has been asked: shipping delay for WW, Cheetah, etc?

Hi, folks.

I haven't been here in a while (boy, do I miss it here!)...working too much.

I placed an order for the set of 4 latest figures, the Wonder Woman, Cheetah, Captain Cold, and the Flash. I purchased from Amazon and placed the preorder last October. Currently, they have no idea when the figures will ship.

I checked the back bunch of threads but didn't see this issue mentioned. Is there a supply/production/shipping issue with these figures?

Gosh, no. These have been out since last December, and Wave 4 has been out since February or so. NEVER order anything like this from Amazon - I've learned that. Since they haven't shipped, cancel if you can and order them from Amoktime.com or BigBadToyStore.com. You'll get them within days.

January. Did you pre-order from Amazon itself or a retailer on Amazon?

Find the pre-order e-mail and check your credit card statements.
Contact the seller to see if he shipped the order.
You should not have been charged unless the figures were shipped.

My order info says "sold by Amazon.com LLC" so it's Amazon itself. At first I got a delay message and now:

Not yet shipped
We'll notify you via e-mail when we have an estimated delivery date for this item. It will ship separately. You can cancel at any time.

I have the same issue! Ordered them sometimes last year using the discount from the Omnibus fiasco! Still haven't received them

I've never until now had ANY problem with Amazon but this time, the figures were from Amazon itself, not a Marketplace seller and, apparently Amazon couldn't fulfill the order. Since I was so out of touch with the Museum, I figured there was a delay in figure production and/or shipping. From here on, I'll be wiser!
