RA Ghostbusters Winston... was there a shortage?

Just noticed on ebay that there are very few Winston's compared to the other 3. What gives?

I saw three of them at Toys R Us last time I was there.

He autographs them at comic conventions in costume so the stock was diverted.

At TRU it looks like they were all packed the same, so equal time pegwarming there.

I bought a case of Ghostbusters Retro when they released. Opening the case I can tell you that Winston is short packed (only 1 per case)

There's a couple at my local TRU.

Egon is by far the most popular, in my area.

That makes me feel better. I really didn't have a clue. With no local TRU it's impossible to gauge the "street" availability. It just struck me odd just seeing more of the other 3 on ebay.

Well, another issue plaguing Winston is that his likeness is not as good as the rest.

I check Amazon last night and he's going for the same amount as Peter and Ray. Egon is another story.
