Aquaman's leg won't bend!

Last night I got a table and chairs from LaserMego, (will post pics later), and I was sitting the RAH's at the table, and Aquaman's left leg won't bend. I took off the clothes and it seems his joint is fused. I've had him a while but never made him sit. I wonder if Mattel would replace him?

Yes, they will... as long as they have him available. Call them ASAP.

Ok, after giving them all the numbers on the packaging (I'm glad I kept it!), they say they can't find the info on this figure, and she'll have to research it and get back to me. Paul, is this a run around? Should I wait for the call, or just ask you for the replacement?

Aquaman is long gone from Mattel's warehouse - they probably are out of
wave 3 as well.

Mattel sells a LOT of toys, so the rep on the phone may have to check
with her supervisor to find which Aquaman toy this is.

Hopefully they will send you a voucher for another figure.

I know their warehouse in Ft. Worth, TX has some..... well, in the Mattel Toy Store attached to it anyway. Matter of fact, it's the only retro action figure they have and there are at least 15-20 of them.
