Smaller than 1000 of each? I don't see how that's worth it for production, given the current market or price point.

It would've been nice to see a SDCC exclusive set...but I believe the exclusive is the sales DEBUT of wave 2.

Well, by smaller I meant maybe a run of 1000 with four characters instead of six.

BBP has been very firm that they are moving on from the Lost license. I think since they had already tooled the heads for most of Wave2 it made some sense to do the limited run.

We actually did want to extend the license for a short amount of time to release a few other items. ABC is shifting their focus, however, and declined the extension.

^ That's too bad....I don't think ABC never really knew how to market the property as far as licensed apparel and such goes...They could have had a lot more product out there while the show was hot IMO...
