                  If I remember right I think it was Dec 15th 2009. Maybe some other members can confirm the date. Also if you need pics of wave 1,3 or 4 shoot me a pm and I will take some pics.

                          Green Arrow went on sale on Dec. 23rd 2009 - I will always remember that
                          date since it was my mother's birthday.
