Questions about 8" Twilight Zone, Ghost Busters & Venture Bros. Figs.

I was just at Toys R Us today and saw that they had a few Venture Bros. Figures and the Twilight Zone Kanamit figure on closeout (they also had the Ghostbusters figures). Even though I really shouldn't be spending the money, I've had my eye on those Venture Bros. figures for a while now and I'd like to get the Kanamit figure for his shoes.

So my questions are:

What should Brock Samson come with? (they only had one and it was in an open package)

Is there any demand at all for parts from the Kanamit figure? (I only want his shoes)

Since the cards are pretty messed up, I would open the figures. What's the going rate around here for one of these guys open? I checked ebay and there haven't been many to sell recently and I didn't see any loose figures on there to gauge the price.

If anyone's having trouble finding the Ghost Busters figures, the 4 they had looked like the packages were in pretty good shape (unlike the Kanamit and Venture Bros. figures).
