Retro EMCE Teen Titans? Wonder Twins?

actually if you think about it the focus has been on the CHALLENGE OF THE SUPERFREINDS era with the Legion of Doom which specificlally excluded the twins. The twins are a polarizing pair people love them for the nostalgia of saturday mornings or depsise them for the foolishness of them.
Add in that they are the property of hanna Barberra not DC it means Doc would have to negotiate another license and further reduce profit on a pair which could be peg warmers

Any character could be pegwarmers I guess... due to their higher profile,
it's more likely the Twins wouldn't.

Also, I don't think Doc has anything to do with "negotiating" with Hanna Barbera... and, ultimately, Mattel has already shown it's no big whoop
to release HB DCU characters.... I don't see what the big deal would be to do it again.

The reality is that most ALL of the nostalgic SF is "foolish" in tone...
to have the Twins take the heat for that doesn't seem fair.

I would say no to wonder twins and yes to teen titans

But please lets do speedy in a comic accurate costume not an homage to the mego one

The Mego Titans would be reimagined by Mattel just as every other figure
that Mattel remade from Mego has been done... I don't see why you'd fear
that'd change with the Titans.

I'd like to see the original Teen Titans- Kid Flash, Speedy, Aqualad, Robin and Wondergirl. I'm not interested in the new incarnations.

Wolfman and Perez era Titans would be cool. Kid Flash, Raven, Cyborg, Starfire, Changeling, and Wonder Girl would be great, as well as Deathstroke the Terminator. Awesome!

I didn't like the Wonder Twins much even as a kid. I'd rather see Apache Cheif, Black Vulcan, Samurai, and El Dorado. But instead of all of them, I'd rather see pretty much ANY DC Comics character.

I think the Teen Titans would be a blast to revisit or expand upon. But the Wonder Twins I would prefer as a Matty Exclusive (like the Green Lantern variants). I don't see them having the popularity to warrant being part of the main waves.

Well, put - Matty can concentrate on the unique figures, by making them in small blocks thus increasing their value and give joy to those partial to partcular characters. Personally I am going to buy whatever comes my way - good or bad. I have been mostly pleased with this collection minus the standability issues with Waves 1 and 2 and those damned plastic snaps.

With the Young Justice cartoon airing now is the time for Retro Action Teen Titans!

7" Robin (Dick) can appear in a regular RA wave.

Then a special 7" UPDATED RA wave of the original Mego TT!

I missed getting the Mego TT as a child and I would LOVE a 2nd CHANCE!
