From the pics I've seen of the movie GL, it would have very
challenging to replicate the organic-exposed muscle look
as a cloth costume without it just being a silkscreen suit.

Of course I'd be happy to work out those challenges
if Mattel decides to go with a mego-style movie GL!

Would be great for kids

It would be great for kids I think...
I just got the large Thor and it's really not as
Good as what an 8" would be.

Anyhow the glow armor would be like the tin man from oz or one of the knights?

That would be cool!
How about using spandex with hologram print of the organic muscle look (just a crazy idea/suggestion of mine) on the clothing?
I have speedos with hologram pattern prints on it and maybe this could work.

It is really amazing what can be achieved these days with
fabrics - the key is buying enough material to justify the
investment in the processing.
