this has gotta change. can't find 'em at toys'r'us at the $19.99 price, and they're still selling out at the collector level, but at $24.99. i guess that's like ordering it online and taking shipping into account, but it just seems higher than what was originally planned for

guess we just need to pack more accessories onto the next waves...:-)

And it's because of this attitude that I think EMCE toys blows away the major toy makers. Boutique/indie toy makers like you guys will always get my support.

for the record, we've always talked internally about packing on the accessories once a market desire was determined, and our clients are all for it...it's just that the lead time is so long that we're all making these discoveries now. mattel is awesome to us and fully supports our thinking as they get further and further into the collector side of the business. working with them supports us as much as doing our own stuff -- just look at what they've let the four horsemen do with their lines -- it's a great team-up

without getting too far into it, just wait til you see what's gonna come from the mattel lines in the future...you've all noticed incremental improvements, so just imagine what things will look like once all guns are blazing!

I think that each Toys R Us needs to get more than just one case at a time, and even multiple waves together. How nice would a full endcap display look?

Very cool to hear. I was actually impressed with not only the backpacks for the Ghostbusters line but also the fact 3 of the 4 got something extra. Anything like that makes me feel I'm getting more for my buck. Looking forward to seeing what's coming in future waves.

This is the best news I've heard all day. Perhaps this accounts for the slight hiccup in the line and why things were quiet at Toyfare.

A mallet for Joker? Or maybe a smiling fish? Hyenas for Harley or a question mark cane for Riddler? My imagination is running wild...
