The lack of any future DC Retro-Action waves/assortments being shown at Toy Fair (other than the Green Lantern grouping which we've seen most of before) seems dim. Is this an indicator that the line is on a downward trajectory? You have to wonder.

The Zombie kit is totally unexpected and a great idea. Most of your figures are specific to certain movies & TV shows but this is original. While it can stand on its own it also compliments many other lines such as NOTLD, Monsters, Dark Shadows, Presidential Monsters. It's something you can throw into almost any mix.

Maybe the proto's were not available at the time?

I think it means Wave 4 and the Green Lantern exclusives were leaked too early and we've grown to be an inpatient lot. We are spoiled. I can say that without hesitation. It's a good position to be in. You will soon have 8 more superhero figures to buy if you so choose. Then they will advertise more after that. It's a pretty exhaustive pace their on. Very cool for us though.

I figured they'd have to be done this way to facilitate the ponytail/bun on top of the head cool hairstyles that many of the characters had. The picture shown here is just about exactly what I wanted! I hope they're several figures done in many different robe colors- golds, emeralds, blues, blacks... I'm psyched- any target release date for these?

Truedave and Teemu! Yes! Exactly! Crippled Masters, aka Crippled Avengers, aka The Return of the 5 Deadly Venoms, and the 5 Deadly Venoms characters would make some of the BEST Mego styled figures ever.... There are so many characters to choose from in the Shaw Brothes library.... My favorite has always been Five Fingers of Death, but just about any of them would make GREAT figures. This is actually a great time for them too, as so many of the movies are being rereleased in remastered DVD versions... and of course the MEGO resurgence.... Got my fingers crossed.....

                        5 deadly Venoms (The Toad,The Lizard,The Scorpian,The Centipede,The Snake).
                        The 38th chamber of Shaolin-starring Liu Chia-Hui
The Three Avengers- (Bruce Li,Chien Yuet Sun) Lung and Choy and The main Villian or the 3rd Avenger Michael Winston

are my favorites...figures of these would be insane!!!

Did the Dark Shadows line join NOTLD in purgatory as well, or are there no plans to continue these?

The Kung Fu Master was made in 2 days. I had found the material for the
robe long before we got the request for the figure. It was so cool and
in scale that I figured we would find a use for it someday.

The hair rooting was done on an existing head after undergoing some
alterations. The outer vest helps break up the busy pattern of the
robe. I call this the Master's Chinese New Year outfit.

Thanks Dr. Mego and EMCE for some explanations on the Kung Fu master. The new Zombie "build it" kits are super awesome, and i'll definately get them, but I have to admit I am so jazzed about this new Kung Fu line. Any release dates? Or any idea where i'll need to look to purchase them? They are supposedly comming with DVD boxed sets of classic Kung Fu movies...?.. So am I going to find them at some place like Best Buy?
