Superman & Batman 2.0 swap tutorial?

Has anyone successfully mixed and match a superman or batman on the newer bodies? What would be involved in a transplant from an older mattel body to once of the new ones? I guess hands have to be swapped too?

I havent myself but from what I understand the bodies tend to need to be crushed to get the heads off properly. Hopefully someone has done this and can help lay it out for you.

EDIT - The hands are very easy ....... boil and pop method.

Crushing the Torso is the safest way not to damage the Head. The Boiling in hot Water method is risky...and might damage the Head(i've ripped two of them).
