I don't recall there being any copyright issues with the size of the item, but you are correct, this version is approximately 18 inches, not 22 inches. This was an internal business decision that had a lot to due with standard sizes, costs, shipping, accuracy, available parts, etc.

First I'd heard that there was a copyright issue, but I, too, was disappointed that the replica will not be 22". Look forward to seeing your replica.

I didn't say that the copyright issues were with the size. I said it was the Brikette likeness. I didn't want to keep harping on the differences in the facial features, so I stated that it wasn't possible to get an exact face sculpt. I just meant that in addition to that, I was hoping for a 1:1 replica, rather than the smaller version.
