Cult Geek movies that would make good Re Mego.

The Life Aquatic would be INCREDIBLE. I would love to see that in Mego form! But you'd be relying on its small cult following to buy in, which might be too small... :/ And getting Bill Murray to sign off on anything is a headache.

But the characters and costumes would look amazing in Mego style. Jeff Goldblum in a white suit with scarf? Willem Dafoe in his powder blue outfit and little knit cap? Pure gold. It would be a great line. Maybe even with a jaguar shark!

How cool what a cut-away playset of the Belafonte be, complete with sauna, mini-sub, helicopter, and two albino dolphins?

It seems like a pure vanity project sure to lose money, but who knows? I love the whole Jonny Quest vibe of it. Package it with an embossed metal lunchbox with Action Jackson style illustrations....

Honestly, Mattel is crazy not to be making adorable MOTU Megos yet. Make a Skeletor like they made Martian Manhunter, and I think it would be awesome.
