Well Etoys wrote back and he said he would put a pic of the figure in package tonight and he did. He now has a pic of the manhunter on the ebay auction.

Yeah, here is the post where EMCEtoys states that the neck needed to be shorten. So I can see that W4 is out and these sellers are legit. Captain Marvel probably will ship later once approved. Pure speculation but logical..to a degree.

Neck needed to be shortened on Sulu,Checov and Ben from Living Dead too.

I checked etoys.com and all they have on the site is Captain Cold. No wave 4. I am pretty convinced these are not in hand.

I will be profoundly grateful if they held back production to redo that head. I think that would speak VOLUMES for how much they listen and care about this line. And I would never forget that. Fingers are crossed.

Wasn't there an issue with Shazam with regards to the head so they had to hold back on production? Maybe these were ready and have since shipped without Shazam.
