Wave 4 WGSH Figures In STOCK and available on eBay supposedly

Pretty much figured that. Something shady most likely if he does indeed have them. I find that unlikely though. They are probably dcuc as d!no-man stated previously. I agree avoid. Rather wait than. Get burned or like Paul said get factory samples.

So the guy finally replied 2 days later. Here's the original question I asked as well as his response -
Question: Just curious about the fact that you already have these and they're still pre-order everywhere else. How soon do you ship? How did you get them so early? Do you have any pics of actual product on the card versus the stock photo? Please let me know. Thanks!
Answer: Sorry, we cannot disclose why we get it so fast. Figures will be ship as soon as we get payment.

So there it is, not much of an answer. I'll definitely pass on purchasing them from this guy, but am now more excited about when these figures will actually begin to hit the market. Not too interested in the Shazam sculpt, but am digging Martian Manhunter and Darkseid.

If ya read the "Item Specifics" in the "Description" it states "DC Universe Classics", "6 inch" figures which is a totally different line than the "DC Universe Retro" that he has as the title and shown in the pics.... somthin' aint gellin'

Agreed that we have heard directly from Paul. I also agree no pics of the carded figs usually is the first sign of the scam. Hopefully no one gets sucked in.

Well, the Doctor has spoken. We need to wait longer. We'll know when it is truly available. The biggest problem with the auctions is that they do not show wave 4 in their packaging!

samples.

Looking at his feedback I'd hate to think he'd jeopordize his rep.

You know I didn't even look at his feedback because the feedback system is broken. It is possible he does have some of them in hand but I am surely wondering if these walked out the back door of the factory or so to speak. "Fell off the truck" I am curious what reponse you get. I wonder if Mattel is aware of these yet. I would have to think they would be by now.

This sounds extremely phony. Especially since Shazam is not in the cases. That makes absolutely zero sense that shazam is a month away from the rest. I doubt he has these. ALSO Notice the stock pics. I want to see the carded pics otherwise this seller is bogus.
