Yeah, here is the post where EMCEtoys states that the neck needed to be shorten. So I can see that W4 is out and these sellers are legit. Captain Marvel probably will ship later once approved. Pure speculation but logical..to a degree.

Neck needed to be shortened on Sulu,Checov and Ben from Living Dead too.

Well Etoys wrote back and he said he would put a pic of the figure in package tonight and he did. He now has a pic of the manhunter on the ebay auction.
