Do you want more accessories with your Retro Figures?

I know the original Megos generally didn't come with much in the way of accessories, but it does seem to be a selling point with contemporary toys.

Some are obviously essential... like the Ghostbusters proton packs, or the Monarch and henchmen wings, or the books that come with the Twilight Zone figures.

What about Build-A-Figure type components? Maybe snap together pieces that allow you to make a Bat-bike! Or a Justice League console.

I love the idea of accessories. I always wished that Batman came with a Batarang. That would have been cool. Aquaman and Green Arrow get extra cool points with me because of their accessories. They are more fun to play with.
I don't like the idea of build a part. People are gonna have to buy a figure they don't want just because it comes with a part they need to build a figure. At $20 a pop, that's not cool.

I like the idea of accessories and the snap accessories. Kinda like the old GIJoe Action Packs. There could be different pieces for each one in a wave, and when you put them all together you have a mini playset. Like a Hall of Justice, or a vehicle, or a mutant monster! I'd even accept cardboard backdrops like Mr. Action had!

I would love the idea of accessory packs...if we cannot get batarangs with the figures, then maybe a pack of two to four batarangs, some Kryptonite, some ray guns, extra golden lasso, etc. would be nifty. Plus it'd be cool custom fodder.

I've never been a fan of accessories. They get lost and the figure is no longer "complete".

Yes. I still can't believe Batman didn't have a batarang. But I am glad for what we are getting with the lanterns, trident, back pack, Cold's gun and even the Kryptonite for Lex. I think if there is a logical choice (like WW's lasso) it should be a no brainer.

                No build-a-anything.

I'm all for accessories, I still can't believe Batman didn't come with a Batarang, seemed like a given to me. Major oversight if you ask me, but oh well...

It depends on the accessory. Wonder Woman needs a lasso, but Flash really doesn't need anything. If it makes sense to the character then go for it.

To me it really depends on the figure. However snap together pieces to create things like hall of justice consoles or a meeting table or whatever is very intriguing but not build a figures. That's one one of the most annoying things they have ever come up with. I think what they are doing is working accessory wise. Although the batarang with Batman I feel was a miss as was a gun for Two-face. In the long run I don't care if the figures come with any as long as we get the figures.

                        Flash needs a Cosmic Treadmill.

I actually built Flash a cosmic treadmill but I have no idea where the base came from. Found it (a broken toy) in a junk shop.

The accessory packs would solve the problem of cost plus loss. Lose a batarang? Pay $5-8 bucks for the accessory packs and get spares.

This idea I think would make for the most logical and meaningful Matty exclusive. Or for the more industrious custom parts maker (hint, hint, hint) to produce these items specifically for the RA's.
