New Lost factory samples unveiled

New factory fresh heads for Jack, Sawyer, and Miles were unveiled at EE yesterday. Looking good to me. I updated my blog with comments on these and the rest of Wave 2.

what's on Jacks face?

It is great to see so many more faces done in the 8" scale. For Lost fans it is (hopefully) cool for them to have toys from the license. For customizers, it is another great resource.

I suppose it could be stubble. The lighting makes it looks like he just finished up a good chocolate donut and did not wipe his face.
As I have said before, I am not all that familiar with the show. I was not sure if his charactrer had some sort of skin condition or if that was supposed to be a beard.

That Jack is a huge improvement on the prototype. Juries still out on Sawyer for me. Not too interested in Miles.

^^ They had an earlier sample up before, he's getting better. The paint on this one is better in the eyes.

Looking good. To me, Miles looks a bit better in the prototype form, but the other two are vast improvements. I think Jack is about as close a likeness one can achieve in 8" scale; Sawyer seems to need a bit more work, but he's probably fine, it's probably only the picture throwing me off. Interesting how the chin was angular then pointed.

That does look better. It's closer to the wise ***/smooth talker look that Sawyer often had on the show. Interesting that the rifle is now a hand gun in the pictures.

Yeah, I'm sad to lose the rifle. Nice pistol, but that rifle was awesome.

Jack looks WAY better now. Miles slipped a little but still looks pretty good, and jury's still out on Sawyer. But your video commercial convinced me. I'll pick 'em up.

they are stranded on an island, of course they all need a shave...LOL

Jack is a huge improvement. Miles does seems to have slipped a bit but still looks good. Something about Sawyers eyes is off. kind of like the Kate figure.
I finally received my 4 this week,
Hurley looks a lot better than I thought he would....just has a "I'm constipated" pout on....
Lock looks great but the skin tone is way too light, looks like has has not been in the sun in years but the sculpt is great. Ben looks great, i think they really nailed that one.
Kate looks awful. the freckles are just wierd. looks like a bad acne breakout and the vacant stare makes her look like a zombie. still considering 6 figures released so far and only one that i was not thrilled with, this line is awesome.....

That's fair enough. If I could go back in time I'd advocate for the Mego suntan coloring on these guys, they are very white. If there's one ReMego line that could use it it's this one.
