I love Egan - and his glasses are removable! I've pre-sold almost all the ones I got, but still do have a few left if you end up not finding them at TRU. (FYI, Fletcher now gets one of everything I sell - I felt bad having so many toys around that he couldn't have!)
Much like the DC Retro Heroes, sadly hit and miss, at least with the legs. Some are very loose and some aren't. It's kinda sad that I've gotten so used to it that I didn't even think to mention that.
Saw these Ghostbuster figures today at my local TRU (in Allen, just north of Dallas). Not much interest in them; some looked better than the others. Also happened to see the 'leavings' of Retro Wave 3: Flash and Captain Cold. Flash didn't impress me at all - seems to have the same body problems as before but Captain Cold looked pretty good. I was really surprised to see them as this particular TRU never got any of the Wave 2 (at least that I know of - there are still some Wave 1 hanging on the pegs). Still don't think these are worth $20 bucks a pop...but to each his own.
News from Matty is that they are not going to be making Real Ghostbusters at the 6" because the tooling costs of each individual figure aren't cost effective for the demand.
So hopefully fans of Real Ghostbusters will embrace these Retro figures.
I got these myself and they are great. The bodies are as Joe said hit or miss the torso is certainly tighter but the legs are maybe still a little loose. I LOVE THEM NONTHELESS. They go great next to my old Kenner line. Great pics Joe!
