Cheetah chosen

Was Cheetah chosen because she doesn't have rooted hair?

No John, Cheetah was not chosen because she didn't have visible
hair. She is Wonder Woman's major foe - at least she has the
highest Q rating because of Challenge of the Superfriends.

We were doing several characters with hair - Chapel, Vina, and
a couple I can't mention - around the same time, so doing Cheetah
with hair would not have been a big deal. Mattel and DC decided
to go with the Challenge Cheetah.
