Daleks, Cybermen & Sontarans are the obvious choices. Davros, Zygons, & the Robot from Tom Baker's 1st story... So many choices!

Cybermen would be cool but the reality is every generation had a different look to them...unlike Daleks. I want the 3rd and 5th Doctors.... in 9" scale

I would bet they would go with Daleks, Cybermen and Sontarans first, all pretty standard villians, Cybermen had pretty slight differences from the later Troughton years throught to the Baker appearance. Great army builders all three!

I still use the Talking Cyberman from the retro toy series a few years back (as seen in 'Earthshock'..).

That and the talking Dalek are perfect scale next to my Deny's Tom and I love 'em.

Oh man, there are so many cool monsters, but I guess you can't get past the Cybermen and the Daleks to begin with

I'm not sure which of these are monsters as opposed to villains, but:

The Master, Davros & a Dalek, and def. Cybermen.

I was never that crazy about Sontarans.

The retro Talking Dalek about 7" in height. I don't have it here at work, but it's perfect scale for the Deny's Tom Baker.

The retro Talking Cyberman I use is the same height as 'ol Tom, so it's alright for scale, but will look more menacing if with the 8" line..

I'll have to take a picture of 'em all lined up this week.

I'm trying to think of monsters that would fit nicely in the mego style. I think Ogrons would work very well. I think they'd fit in really well with the mego apes too. Love to see a properly done 70's style cyberman
