Help!

I received Wave 3 for Christmas. The figures are great! However, the Flash and Captain Cold have paint imperfections on their faces. I have emailed Amok Toys, as this is where my wife purchased them from. Do you think they will replace these with new (same) figures? I did not open them and the flash has missing paint on the tip of his nose. Looks like Rudolph, somewhat.

I bought from Amok also and received a Flash that was flawed. Instead of trying to get them to replace it I called Mattel. They (Mattel) don't have them in stock but I just told them how much I paid for him and they sent me a voucher and let me keep Flash. Voucher is valid toward any Mattel purchase so I will just wait until Wave 3 hits the shelves.
