      3.) Supergirl
      4.) Metallo (or Parasite)

      11.) Black Lightning
      12.) Scarecrow

Some of these guys have a rather weak rogues gallery so I'm using these guys as an opportunity to release some more Batman villains that are more well-known (ie: pairing off The Atom with Riddler.)

Of course the ultimate dream for Retros in 2011 would be for Marvel to jump on board but I realize that's a pipe dream!
I heart felt thank you to Dr. Mego! That list of 12 is great, I would really jump at the chance of buying all those figures. I have recently started purchasing the Venture Bros. figures. I told myself I was not going to get sucked in to buying every Mego-like figure but darn these figures are so colorful and I could not help it. Now I got to get on to youtube and find out what the Venture Bros are...

Oh and just for clarification purposes...THIS is the Supergirl I'd like to see as a Retro Hero...

Conversly, if I see this one hanging on the pegs at TRU I may just drop to the floor in the middle of the aisle and weep uncontrollably in a blubbering mess! PLEASE NO...

          EPIC FAIL

Lou, she does look... super. I think I will have to make one so I can bring it with me to Jawsfest, so you can collapse on film for everyone. We'll have slow motion replay and reverse angle shots.

LOL! That would be interesting...not sure it tops me getting "eaten" in Part 2...on second thought, yes it would! LOL!

Yeah I hate what they did to some of the DC characters in the 80's. They turned them into these lame representations of once awesome characters. I mean Supergirl in a white half shirt and gloves with a cape the size of your average dish rag???!! WHY? That Supergirl has always stunk...she looks like some doodle drawn up by a hungover DC employee on his lunch break. She really wouldn't fit in with the Retro line anyway. I doubt they'd make that Supergirl...my bet is they would do the classic Linda Danvers one...the REAL Supergirl as far as I'm concerned.

I totally agree with you on Supergirl, Lou. I love the 70's hotpants look and was relieved when Alex Ross used this design for the Justice wave. I was really nervous after those armoured figures the line would crash and burn and we wouldn't get her (or Batgirl, Captain Cold and Toyman). The Justice line is one of my favorites-a shame it didn't continue.
Anyway, I would love to see any and all of those on your list and would add...

                Harley Quinn
                Mary Marvel (in red costume)
Billy Marvel (when they tool the teen body for Robin)
Mxyzptlk (as an exclusive. I love the imp but he would warm the pegs)

On the EMCE/ZICA front, I would love to see...

                Six Million Dollar Man
                The Lone Ranger, Tonto, etc
                Zorro

                And if I'm really dreaming...

                The Andy Griffith Show

Can you imagine a line with Andy, Barney, Floyd, Opie, Aunt Bea, Gomer and the rest of Mayberry? This would be a great license as there are a lot of AGS fans out there!

Ethel Merman is an 8? In what universe?

EMCE Toys will have a booth at Toy Fair in February - I think it's 4849
or something like that - just ask the zombies at the Javits Center for
                        directions.

I was watching Casino Royale last night and thought how amazing it would be to get a line of James Bond 007 8" figures.
Sideshow had the license and produced those fantastic 1/6 scale figures but we never got Daniel Craig or LeChiffre or Vesper or Largo or Blofield from YOLT!
Another company had the license and had a prototype of a 6 or 7 inch
Bond and drawings of an entire line. Sadly, this never happened.
With MGM crawling out of bankruptcy and a potential film for 2012 the timing would be perfect.
James Bond would totally blow my mind.
