I Found 2 Retro Action Figures in TJ Maxx

Thanks for the info. I got Batman and Aquaman at the TJ Maxx by North Point Mall (Alpharetta, north of Atlanta, GA). I left two Superman, one Batman, and one Manta, in case you're in the area. All were $9.99.

Hit both our TJMs and Ross' and nothing. No sign they were even ever there. Our Marshalls closed years ago. I just can't win.

It's damn stupid that I spent months driving to TRUs looking for Wave 2 only to drive to TJ Maxx once - today - to find a Batman for $9.99. Nothing at Marshall's but there's another TJM on the way home from work so I will be making another stop. Thanks for the heads up!

For those outside the Sacramento, CA area, I saw one Batman and one Superman at the TJ Maxx on Madison Ave in Fair Oaks. They were against the left wall hanging with a random assortment of toys. They were 9.99 each, and are still there until someone buys them.

I didn't see any at the Marshalls on Bidwell in Folsom.

We don't have TJ Max here but we have places like it. Winners and Giant Tiger. I think I might go to both today just to see what I can see. I know Winners was selling DCUC at $12 each (which is good for Canada) and Giant Tiger had the Infinite Heroes at like 3 bucks. Maybe I'll encounter a Christmas Miracle and find some Retro Heroes. I still need Sinestro and Black Manta...and I guess Superman. (I have 2 Mego Superman's so I've never been in a hurry for the Mattel one)

SCORE! My Marshal's had at least two cases of wave 2, weird no Mantas though. Thanks for the heads-up, I only heard of one instance of wave 2 at any TRU here and I missed it.

I just went to TJ Maxx here in Roseville looking for cool Joes for me and my kid and I noticed two face. I headed straight for them. I picked up a complete series 2. I left an aquaman and a sups. Completed my set so far!!! Its funny, I came straight home to post and behold! someone else had the awesome luck too! Now I need 1 more batman for my kid.

I went into the store to buy some O-State gear for the Bowl Game (and dang! did they have awesome ball caps, hoodies, and jerseys for cheap...I sacked up on those, as well) and never did I expect to find these two figures. I was floored!! AND for that price!

I'm going to check Ross tomorrow. I remember them having butt-loads of GI Joe stuff in the late 90s.

I had a spare Cast-A-Way body in my parts box, so I did a boil-and-pop on the hands and the "torso crush" to free the head. Took about 15 minutes total to transfer it all. Now, I have an awesome Aquaman that I am seriously thinking about taking to the Office for display.

My Old Lady Says that Ross, is like TJ Maxx, and they both carry some of the same stuff sometimes.

Yeah Ross, TJ Maxx, DD's Discounts, & Marshalls are all the same store it seems. Ive actually bought items at the seedy DD's discounts and removed the tag to find a Ross tag under it.

Hell YES!!! 9.99 each. It would've been so cool except when I checked my bank acct online the stupid chick charged me twice! Trying to charge me regular price or something..lol They swear that it will go away in 24 hrs.
